Athletic Therapy at The Health League
Certified athletic therapists are highly trained in exercise rehabilitation and prescription. This means they can help rehabilitate acute injuries, chronic conditions, assist with post-surgical rehabilitation, tendonitis, fascial tension, postural issues and much more. They develop customized training and exercise regimes to meet your goals and treat your injuries. Athletic therapists also perform many different kinds of manual therapy and soft tissue work using techniques like A.R.T. (active release technique), instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation, cupping and fascial work.
Our athletic therapists work closely with the other professionals in our clinic to manage each case individually, effectively and safely. They will also provide recommendations if they feel you would benefit from therapies offered by our other practitioners.
